JOHN MOFFITT HOWELL, Partner

JOHN MOFFITT HOWELL was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1952.  He graduated from Vanderbilt University, cum laude, in 1974, and from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1977.  He has practiced law in Jacksonville, Florida since that time.  He is a member of the Florida Bar (Trial Lawyers Section), the American Bar Association (Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practice Sections), the Jacksonville Defense Lawyers Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is BV peer review rated in Martindale-Hubbell. His primary areas of practice include insurance defense, products liability, professional liability, personal injury/wrongful death and toxic torts.
