KEVIN E. JAKAB, Partner

KEVIN E. JAKAB was born in Toledo, Ohio in 1974.  He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a B.A. Degree (with honors) in 1995, a Master of Education Degree (with honors) in 1998, and a Juris Doctor Degree in 2003. He was a Graduate Fellow in Constitutional History at Georgetown University in 1997, and served as a Congressional Fellow to Senator Connie Mack in the United States Senate in 2000.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Jacksonville Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. His practice areas include civil trial and appellate practice, complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, products liability and professional malpractice defense.
